The staff were friendly and helpful
And the food was excellent, particularly the steak sandwich and the chicken parmigiana. Our room felt somewhat dusty, disappointing. A lovely experience that combined comfort and quality dining.

Everything was great, good staff, particularly good views of the town. Really enjoyed the price of our family room and its essentials. There was exceptionally comfortable bed & a large bathroom. Was a nice comfy base for weekend.

good stay but needs improvements
I enjoyed the really good food in the restaurant, highlighting the best steak I've had in a long time. The staff was attentive. My room offered a lovely view which was perfect for relaxation.
Towels and Manchester could do with a refresh.

Cute staff and a good bar area. The balcony provided lovely views, and it's super easy to walk to local shops since it's right in the heart of town.
Access to the rooms involved a couple of flights of stairs, which might be tricky for some guests.
